Doctors & Staff

Meet the experienced and friendly eye doctors and staff who make Vision Clinic – Branson a proud provider of vision care products and services in Branson Missouri.

Dr. Doug Jordan

Dr. Jordan joined the Vision Clinic team mid 2016 after practicing in a large group practice in the Branson, MO area for 21 years. He completed his undergraduate work at Missouri State University and is a 1993 graduate (with honors) of the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry. Dr. Jordan is a longtime member of the Missouri Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Jordan is married to Gina and they have two sons, Dylan and Jake. He and Gina believe very strongly in giving back to the community and are very active in charity work through their church. Dr. Jordan was president of the Community Foundation of Taney County for 10 years and has also volunteered his time to serve as a city alderman in his hometown of Forsyth, MO.

Dr. Jordan is an extremely avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing with his two sons. He co-hosts an outdoor adventure show called “Outdoors in the Delta” and is also president of Vicious Vision Premium Sunwear, a premium sunwear line he created for the outdoors and professional drivers.

Dr. Emily Edwards

Dr. Edwards is a 2016 graduate (with honors) of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She attended Missouri State University for her undergraduate studies, majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology and graduating from the Honors College. Dr. Edwards is a member of the Missouri Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association. During her time in optometry school, Dr. Edwards was involved with Lions Club, Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, and SVOSH (Student Volunteers in Optometric Services for Humanity). With SVOSH, she had the opportunity to serve in underprivileged communities in Honduras, Mexico, Colombia, and Haiti providing eye exams and glasses. Dr. Edwards also had the opportunity to intern in rural Alaska during optometry school, serving the native population. In her free time, she likes to adventure/travel, garden, cook for friends, be involved at her church, and spend time with family.

 Dr. Sandy Rice

Dr. Sandy Rice is a 2017 graduate (with honors) of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She attended East Carolina University for her undergraduate studies, majoring in Biology and graduating from the Honors College. Dr. Trybus was recognized in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and was Vice President of Gold Key   She is the recipient of the Ocular Instruments, Inc. Award, Clinical Skills Award, and Bays Family Service Award. She is a current member of the Missouri Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to live music, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy, Clinic Manager

Tracy has worked in the eye care field for 27 years and her goal is to make sure that our patients at Vision Clinic feel that they are receiving the best in quality care.

Lisa, Technician

Lisa is very personable and loves interacting with people of all ages. She strives to make Vision Clinic patients feel valued and to receive the best quality care.

Kathy, Lead Technician

Kathy  enjoy’s meeting new people and looks forward to providing the best eye care possible to her patients.


Irene, Technician

Irene comes from working in eye care for 18 years. She enjoys working with patients and developing lasting relationships with them.


Donna, Front Desk

Donna comes to the clinic after 25 years at a local hospital and is grateful to continue working in the health care field.  She feels blessed to have found this position as she enjoys working at the front desk.


Linda, Optician

Linda looks forward to helping each patient that comes through the door feel that their eye health is important to us and take care of their needs with a smile. She enjoys helping pick out frames that will make you look and feel fabulous!

Jeff, ABOC, Optician

Jeff comes to the Vision Clinic from Kansas and has been in the optical field for 3 years.  Jeff has also been a musical educator, singer, actor, and director.
